About My Practice
My wellness coaching specialty is: Changing your favorite comfort foods into healthy recipes. The other is addressing sugar cravings through detoxing done-naturally.
Ten (10)-year vegan and eight (8) year raw foodists, health advocate, Linda Taylor, BA., CHHC, shares her support and experience through holistic motivation and well balance foods with a splash of spice in her vegan and raw cooking demonstrations. We start with food and through food we make simple and major changes in our lives.

Wellness and health isn’t merely the absence of illness or disease. You achieve wellness and good health by paying attention to your entire self-your physical, emotional and spiritual life. “Thinking is believing.”
Holistic Wellness Program $55 a session
· Two sessions each month (2hrs. each) = 6 sessions total.
· Sessions will include fast & easy cooking tips, recipes.
· Ideas for healthy, delicious and easy meals to suit your lifestyle.
· Informative meeting with simple practical solutions.
